YES!! We are for real! Here at Unlimited Leasing we started this service to provide affordable internet access with no overage charge surprises. We get it…limited access means limited communication. We don’t want anyone to be without internet access. Our goal is to allow you to use our grandfathered lines of service with the 2 major carriers so you can enjoy affordable, unlimited 4G LTE plans that are no longer available anywhere in today’s marketplace.
DO ANY OF YOUR PLANS THROTTLE?
NO! NEVER! These are old grandfathered lines of service on our Corporate Business account and are exempt from the “throttling” you hear talked about on consumer accounts with the major cell carriers. With our plans, you’ll always get the best possible speeds from your local cell tower.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM MY UNLIMITED PHONE PLAN?
Unlimited phone plans are ONLY unlimited for PHONE data use. Unlimited phone plans only allow 5-10gb of tethering. (the ability to use the phones data with your computer, tablet, or other connected devices.) That is the equivalent of streaming a couple HD Netflix movies. Unlike an unlimited phone plan, our plans and devices we provide can entirely replace your slow home or office internet solution for an unlimited, unthrottled, high-speed wireless data connection.
IS YOUR SERVICE REALLY UNLIMITED?
YES! No more data caps! No more overages! No throttling! Use all of the data you want. Our hotspot plans include unlimited high speed data for internet usage like streaming music and movies/surfing/gaming etc. We have customers who use over 500 GB’s a month with no issue’s.
I LIVE OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, AND TRAVEL QUITE A BIT. WILL YOU BE ABLE TO HELP?
We’re ALWAYS here to help and we want you to know that we’ve got almost everyone covered! It doesn’t matter if you live in a large populated city, the suburbs or way out in a rural location. We have data plans with the 2 major carriers and they both include an unlimited hotspot with high speed 4G LTE service as long as you have a LTE signal from the major carrier that you select. (Service is for U.S.A. usage only)
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT? DO YOU HAVE TO RUN A CREDIT CHECK? ARE THESE REALLY MONTH TO MONTH PLANS?
The plans we provide require no contract, and no credit checks! Yes, these are month to month plans! Keep the service for as many months or years as you’d like. Each payment prepays your next month of service. If you decide to cancel service, the device is yours to keep. Additionally, our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee for new customers allows you to try our service at No Risk! If the service does not meet your needs in any way, simply return the device for a complete full refund.
CAN I PUT MY HOTSPOT SERVICE ON HOLD OR PAUSE IT FOR A MONTH OR TWO?
No. Unfortunately our model does not allow for this. Our aim is long term clients, not someone who needs internet for one month. That being said, you may cancel your subscription whenever you like. If your bill is not paid on time, the line of service will be leased to someone else.
HOW MANY DEVICES CAN I USE ON THIS HOTSPOT/ROUTER?
Our hotspots we provide you with will allow you to connect up to 15 of your wifi enabled devices. Smart TV’s, tablet’s, laptops, Xbox/Playstation, Security cameras, and even your smartphone can connect via Wifi.
WHAT ARE THE AVERAGE SPEEDS OF YOUR UNLIMITED HOTSPOTS?
The speeds of all of our hotspots (LTE speeds) depend entirely on how close you are to cell towers in your area, and which carrier you choose. We’ve had reports of over 100 Mbps from those that were very close to their local cell tower with LTE (3X carrier aggregation)… all the way down to 1 Mbps that are far away from one. So you’ll want to pick the carrier plan that has the best and strongest LTE signal where you will be utilizing the hotspot or router to ensure the best speeds.
WILL THE HOTSPOT WORK FOR ME WHEN I TRAVEL?
(Service is for U.S.A. usage only) These are wireless mobile hotspots, and can be used “on the move”. We’ve personally tested them on interstates in vehicles, and they work well. This being said, there are definitely times when heading into some wooded areas or valleys/mountains, the signal may cut out. However, if you are on open roads with many cell towers around the carrier you are utilizing… then it’s relatively steady. Think of our hotspots like your cell phone… you have coverage a lot of the time but not all of the time. Just remember, the service is only as good as the signal you get from your nearby cell tower.
I’M UNABLE PAY FOR MY SERVICE NEXT MONTH, CAN YOU HELP ME OUT?
Due to our model being prepaid, we are forced to suspend your account if payment isn’t completed on time. We send out bill requests on the 25th of every month covering service for the following month. If payment is not received BEFORE the 1st, your service will be shut off and you’ll risk the line being leased to someone else.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SERVICE EACH MONTH?
We do all of our billing through PayPal. It’s the easiest and quickest way to pay online. Each month we send out a invoice to your email address that will come from PayPal. PayPal is just the payment processor so that we never see any of your personal information. We unfortunately do not accept any other forms of payment at this time.
ONCE I SUBSCRIBE TO ONE OF YOUR PLANS, DO I OWN THE ACCOUNT AND THE HOTSPOT?
You’ll own the hotspot and the device is yours to keep if you ever decide to cancel service. You will NOT own the account or line of service. These are lines of service on our Corporate Business account and because they are old and grandfathered, they are non transferable. You’re basically borrowing the unlimited data service from us for a small monthly fee.
IS THERE A COMPLICATED SETUP PROCESS WHEN I RECEIVE THE UNLIMITED HOTSPOT DEVICE?
Not at all! We make this part extremely easy for your convenience. Simply turn it on and go! The equipment we sell is lightly used, but we personally inspect each device before it ships to ensure it functions properly.
